Interview with Ben Ainslei Club Nautic Arenal (in English) a bout his experience as an Olympic sailor in the Volvo Ocean Race and also his experience with the  Arenal  Golf and Club Nautic Arenal, where he has been training for nearly 15 years. This interview was made while training just before attending the London 2012 Olympics and getting a gold medal in the Finn class for the UK. Ben Ainslei he championed the UK at the opening ceremony of London 2012 as one of the most outstanding athletes from the host country.
